My name is Patricia Ingram and my husband Tom and I have been patients at 100% Chiropractic for over 4 years.  In 1970, I suffered a serious back injury which resulted in problems in my lower lumbar and sciatica.  Regular chiropractic treatments were usually effective in bringing relief, however, in February even daily treatment offered no relief.  Dr. Riekeman recommended that I consider Spinal Decompression therapy.  I began decompression on February 26th and I just finished my 24th treatment on April 20th. After just 7-10 treatments I experienced great relief and my pain level went from 9 down to 5 and within another week I was almost completely pain free with a greater range of activity and motion/  I would like to say that I also found the staff to be very caring and supportive.  Thank you.

Thirty two years ago I started with United Parcel Service, what you don't do right the first part of life you pay for in the second part.  Decompression for me was immediately important to prevent future degeneration.  My first impression was I felt a nice stretch, at no time was I in any pain.  Although I had some pre-existing pain that later went away.  Around the fifteenth session I noticed a tickle in my lower back by the twenty-fourth visit I felt graduated.  I am most appreciative of 100% Chiropractic for introducing this process.  True strength is within the person to make the right choice, I did.
