Drs. Vanessa and Jason Helfrich - Downtown Colorado Springs

Welcome!  We are Drs. Jason and Vanessa Helfrich.  In 2004 we graduated with honors from the renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic.  At that time we loaded up our three boys, Ty, Cael and Alec and moved back home to beautiful Colorado Springs, CO.  We are happy to be back where we grew up.  We opened 100% Chiropractic in August 2004 next door to Dr. Deb Riekeman's (Vanessa's mother) chiropractic office of 20 years, Riekeman Chiropractic Center.  Why did we open next door to an already successful office?  It was a wonderful opportunity to work so closely with Dr. Riekeman and learn from her...besides, the rent was cheap!  After a couple of years we outgrew the 800 square foot office.  We decided to buy her practice and merge the two together.  This has allowed us the opportunity for growth and her the opportunity for semi-retirement.  Our goal when we started in this wonderful profession was to help as many people achieve health as possible through safe and natural chiropractic care.  We feel so blessed to have met so many wonderful people here in Colorado Springs and are excited to raise the boys here.  Thank you! 
Dr. Brandon Livingood and Rebecca Livingood - North Colorado Springs

My name is Dr. Brandon Livingood and that pretty girl standing next to me is my wife Rebecca. In February of 2008 we joined the team at 100%. We both are Midwesterners, originally from Iowa. We just moved here from Georgia where I completed my doctorate from Life University. We are thrilled to announce the opening of the 100% North location. Rebecca and I both absolutely love our new home here in Colorado Springs. We look forward to taking care of you and your family. Oh, by the way, yes that is my real last name!
Dr. Walter Scott - Denver @ Belmar

Hello!  My name is Dr. Walter Scott (Dr. Walt).  I hail from the Great Northwest, Gig Harbor Washington to be exact (that makes me a HUGE Seahawks fan!!! 
 
I graduated Cum Laude from the "Fountain Head" of chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2005.  Before their graduation in 2004 I had become friends with Dr. Jason and Dr. Vanessa mainly through an extra-curricular club that they headed.  We took trips through this club...twice to Washington D.C., and once here to Colorado.  Our relationship was able to grow through these times.  I had never met Dr. Brandon and his wife Rebecca until I moved here but, ironically, we share a mutual chiropractic friend that is near and dear to all of us.  It's such a small world!
 
If I was going to pick one spot in the country that could rival the beauty of the Northwest...it would be Colorado (except there's less rain here, which is a good thing).  I'm extremely excited to be here and very proud to be the newest addition to the 100% family.  Thank you, and I look forward to serving Colorado to the best of my ability!!!

My name is Joy.  I had the privilege of helping Drs. Jason and Vanessa start 100% Chiropractic back in August 2004.  It has truly been rewarding, being part of a profession where I get to see peoples' lives change everyday as they reach a higher level of health through natural chiropractic care.  It has also been so exciting to see how much we've grown over the past 6 years, opening multiple offices in our mission to change the face of healthcare.  My goal at 100% is to make sure each and every patient feels welcome and "at home" in our office, and leaves well-educated, knowing exactly what our mission is and how we can help them reach their health goals. I love our patients so much and love meeting new ones too!  Let us show you how you and your family can be living life at 100%!!

My name is Lizz.  I originally came to 100% Chiropractic as a patient and was asked to join the team 6 months later.  Health and wellness has always been an important part of my life and I love helping others achieve health and wellness in their own lives through chiropractic!  One of my many goals at 100% is to engage with the community educating them about true health and wellness, including Health Fairs, Massage Events, and free spinal screenings.  See what life at 100% can do for you and your family!

My name is Tiffany.  I moved to Colorado 3 1/2 years ago with my family.  I love the many things it has to offer.  It is a wonderful place to raise a family.  I have been going to a chiropractor regularly since I was the age of 2 and was a healthy child growing up because I was functioning at 100%.  I currently am expecting a child of my own and am very excited to introduce my baby into the world of chiropractic.  I've learned how important it is for everyone to be under regular care to maintain a healthy nervous system.  I recently joined 100% chiropractic and I feel it's a wonderful fit for me as chiropractic care, health and wellness have always been an important part of my life.  My goal is to share the same importance with everyone and hopefully make a difference in their lives.

My name is Cathe and I first met Dr. Riekeman and Marcia in 1986 at Dr. Riekeman's office on Pine Street.  I have worked "behind the scenes" since 1991 handling Medicare, personal injury and insurance billing for Dr. Riekeman.  It has been amazing to see the changes that have taken place over the years, and the most exciting change was the uniting of Dr. Riekeman's office with that of Dr. Jason and Vanessa Helfrich.  I officially joined the 100% team in March of 2007 and have never been happier in my professional life.  I am proud to work for a company that understands that life is not about the number of breaths you take, but about the moments that take your breath away.  Live your life at 100%!
