Corrective Care

Corrective or Reconstructive Care gets to the cause of many recurring subluxations.  The focus is on re-establishing the healthy, natural curves of the spine restoring function and nervous system health.  The level of degeneration in the spine will be analyzed and the doctor will present a thorough care plan which may include massage therapy, exercise units, follow-up exams and a post x-ray showing objective improvement in the health of your nervous system.

Family Wellness Care

The majority of our practice is wellness care.  Families and patients of all ages who decide to take charge of their health by maintaining a subluxation-free spine free of harmful nerve interference do so through wellness care and our VIP Club consisting of only our best (and healthiest!) patients.

Prenatal and Pediatric Care

For years the doctors at 100% have been caring for pregnant patients.  The Webster Technique is a gentle adjustment that is specifically for turning breach or posterior babies.  Vertebral subluxations and their devastating health effects can occur at any age, even at birth.  The doctors have been adjusting babies and children, including their own, for many years.  The technique for adjusting children is very different than adults.  It is very gentle and kids love it!

Massage Therapy

We've got great liscensed massage therapists on staff that offer 30 and 60 minute deep tissue massage everyday to complement your chiropractic adjustments.  Massage therapy can relax muscle holding patterns and allow your body to create new ones that will be healthy for you.  There are many additional health benefits to massage, including lowering stress and anxiety levels, lowering cortisol levels and increasing dopamine levels.  Not to mention, it feels great!!

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)

Emotional stress can interfere with our physical function.  Sometimes that stress needs to be corrected through a technique called Neuro Emotional Technique (NET).  It is not a "talk it out" experience but an adjusting process that "unhooks" the emotional event from the physical symptoms thus allowing healing to occur.  Dr. Deb Riekeman accepts three of these per week.  Please speak to her about this.  She uses muscle testing to determine whether it is necessary. 

Nutritional Consultations

Dr. Deb Riekeman has three post graduate nutritional degrees.  She does nutritional consults to determine individual nutritional needs that may be impacting the patient's health.  She analyzes blood work, urinalysis, saliva testing and allergy testing when necessary.  We offer complimentary nutritional screening for each patient.  More specific consults can be scheduled with Dr. Deb Riekeman.

 Foot Levelers Custom Orthotics

Even if your feet don't hurt, they maybe a contributing factor to your health problems.  Spinal-pelvic misalignment is the culprit.  Biomechanically unstable feet can contribute to poor posture and ultimately poor health.  Orthotics help to hold your chiropractic adjustments and promote healthy bodies!  We offer complimentary computerized foot scans to check the pressure distribution on your feet and can recommend custom orthotics as another avenue to finding the solution to your health problems.
