100% Chiropractic La Habra is amazing. I have been to other chiropractors before, but those were more of a “come in and go out” experience. This one is different. From the moment I stepped foot inside, everyone was so kind and treated me like family. The space is very clean and has a coffee and snacks corner, along with other nice touches like vitamins and supplements that support recovery and longevity. I saw an ad from 100% Chiropractic, made a payment and backed out. Dr Kevin called me, personally and asked if there was anyway to help. I was pretty desperate with my shoulder pain but couldn’t afford chiro. I find it difficult to find places with great customer service support. Even as I spoke to him over the phone, I felt I would be taken care of in many other ways than my shoulder pain.. so I walked in and now it’s hard to leave hah! Dr Kevin and his staff were so welcoming, their concern for their patients has developed into an environment that feels like family. At least, the kind you want to be part of. I appreciated their understanding of my financial situation, and were more than willing to help me figure it out. Whether it was pausing treatment, or itemizing bills for insurance claims. They WILL go that extra mile for you to get the most support you need. It’s been almost a year now since I’ve been receiving treatment form this facility, and not only is my shoulder pain, headaches, depression, anxiety gone WAY down, my spirit is always so lifted when I leave the office. They really do remember each one of their patients and what’s special about them, surprising for the amount of patients that come in! They are very humble and kind. Oh! And you get coffee and snacks too when you visit… oops. I got so caught up with the environment I forgot to mention the treatment! Dr Kevin does all the adjustments in an open area and patients will be able to see everyone get treated. There is a traction bed that you place your neck on for 5 min after adjustment and it feels great!! Also, there is a massage therapist there, Anthony. Strong man with a great memory, remembers what he needs to work on with patients and even when you miss appointments LOL I was nervous at first since that is the only treatment that is private but he is very professional and easy to communicate with. I felt safe. They have 30 minute sessions and 1 hour as well. The overall time there is maybe 15 minutes to get adjusted. It’s quick but will last so long and really did change the course of my life for better. Thank you again 100% chiropractic team
