About Dr. Hannah Manhas, D.C.
Dr. Hannah Manhas is not just a chiropractor—she's a movement expert, athlete, and passionate advocate for an active lifestyle. As a specialist in functional movement, sports rehabilitation, and performance optimization, she helps athletes and active individuals move better, feel stronger, and perform at their peak.
Originally from Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada, Dr. Manhas grew up immersed in movement. A Canadian National Dance Champion in both Modern and Contemporary Dance, she competed from the age of seven and later became a hip-hop choreographer for national competition teams. Her deep understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention comes from years of high-level training—both in dance and as a strength and conditioning coach, working with athletes including the Canadian heavyweight boxing champion, competitive dancers, and top-tier soccer, basketball, and baseball players.
Dr. Manhas earned her Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Business from the University of Victoria before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College West, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the Pi Tau Delta honor society. She is certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), giving her the tools to assess and correct abnormal movement patterns with a hands-on, holistic approach.

Now calling San Elijo home, Dr. Manhas loves being part of this thriving, active community, where she spends her free time hiking local trails, playing pickleball, and connecting with like-minded people who value movement and wellness. As a clinic director, she's committed to helping her patients—from high-level athletes to weekend warriors, prenatal clients to seniors—move pain-free and live their best lives.
Beyond the clinic, she shares her expertise through engaging social media content, making chiropractic care relatable, fun, and impactful. Whether it's optimizing an athlete's performance or helping a patient recover from injury, her mission is simple: to empower people to take control of their health and move with confidence.
